VARNISH Low Temperature Varnish

Product Description
GE-7031 bonds a wide variety of materials quickly, both air-drying and drying, and is particularly well suited for bonding sheets of various materials into stacks, either immediately after dipping and drying the layers or after storing (or assembling) the layers individually for hours, days, or even weeks before air-drying or drying. GE-7031 is often used as an insulating binder for low-temperature heaters due to its excellent insulating properties. GE-7031 can be used in a wide variety of applications, including bonding cotton, Dacron® polyester fibers, nylon-glass tapes, laminates, Mylar® polyester films, mica products, polyester products, vinyl products, enameled wires, coatings, synthetic fibers, plastics, and metals. In addition, tin foil impregnated with GE-7031 varnish can be dried and used as a heat sink with low electrical and high thermal conductivity.
