Structure and features
- Vacuum chamber: vacuum better than 6×10-4Pa. better than 6×10-5Pa after cooling. 2 user flange ports left (for access to gas or additional cables).
- Probe control: 4 probe arms as standard. Adjustment range 50mm*50mm*30mm, adjustment accuracy better than 10um. Each probe arm is equipped with a Triax triax low leakage cable and probe. Each probe arm is equipped with a Triax triax cable and probe. The base of the sample stage is equipped with an additional Triax triax cable.
- Microscope Module: Continuously variable monocular microscope with optical magnification from 1.4X to 9X (with 1X additional objective lens) and video magnification of ~700X. Optional 2X additional objective lens. Resolution better than 2um. full HD digital camera with coaxial illumination and ring illumination, with mechanical and optical focusing.
- Variable temperature sample stage: 50mm diameter. Variable temperature range: 80K~400K, temperature stability better than ±0.1K.
- Optional access to fiber optics, one or several electrical probes can be replaced by fiber optics.
- The DC leakage of the system is lower than 1pA.
- Contains imported molecular pump unit and intelligent temperature controller.
