Core components

 

DX-MAG capacitor pulse magnetizer consists of high-voltage oil-immersed pulse capacitors, thyristor rectifiers and precision control circuits. The AC power is first boosted by an isolation transformer, then converted into DC power by a rectifier to charge the capacitor, and the high-voltage DC power is stored in the capacitor.

 

 

Working Principle

 

When the capacitor reaches the set voltage, the charging circuit is automatically disconnected. Subsequently, under the control of the thyristor, the high-power discharge energy is released through the magnetizing coil, generating a strong magnetic field to saturate the magnet. This process ensures the continuity and stability of magnetization.
