Ultra-low vibration sample chamber
The ultra-low vibration of the sample chamber is realized by the design of the vibration isolation structure between the chiller and the sample chamber on the air-float platform.
Installation base: Passive air-float platform
Minimum temperature: ≤3.0 K
Z-axis vibration: <100 nm
X/Y axis vibration: <100 nm
