Low Noise Cryogenic Amplifiers

We provide very low noise cryogenic amplifiers based on HEMT technology, which can work stably at a very low temperature of 20 mK, and can achieve a very low noise current of aA/Hz½ and a very low noise voltage of sub-nV/Hz1/2 at a specific frequency, which can be applied in cutting-edge scientific researches, such as cryogenic detector readout, scanning tunneling microscope, and quantum computation, etc. We have published dozens of high-level papers by the related users, including 4 papers in Science, 4 papers in Nature Physics.
