SPI Silver Gel

SPI conductive silver adhesive is mainly used for scanning electron microscope (SEM) and scanning probe microscope (SPM) sample mounting, in the greenhouse can be cured, high viscosity, suitable for what material samples.

Before using SPI silver conductive adhesive does not need to do special surface treatment can be bonded such as ceramics, glass, metal, plastic, fiberglass and other samples. Conductive silver adhesive contains a small amount of special polymers, with special adhesive properties, and will not reduce its outstanding degassing properties, uniform drying. High content of silver solids with excellent air-drying properties, easy to use with a cap applicator. After drying, silver adhesive can be diluted under an ultrasonic cleaner using silver adhesive diluent.

• At room temperature, after 24 hours can be fully conductive and bonding
• At 60℃, curing in 1 hour.
• At 100-150°C, 15-30 minutes for rapid curing and better bonding.
• Curing time is related to the thickness of the coating, the thicker the coating, the longer the curing time.
• After using SPI Silver Conductive Adhesive, please make sure to store it in a sealed place at about 25℃, away from heat, sparks and open flames.
• The shelf life of SPI Silver Conductive Adhesive is three months after opening and five years if unopened.
