GGB PROBE

Since 1980, GGB, the originator of Picoprobe® microwave and oscilloscope probes, has been meeting the wafer test needs of the global semiconductor industry, initially providing high-resistance probes for diagnostic investigations of the inner workings of complex logic and memory chips.

In 1988, GGB revolutionized on-wafer microwave probing with a new coaxial microwave probe with a 50 ohm coplanar flexible tip, and in 1992 GGB established itself as a leader in the field of microwave probes with the introduction of a high performance millimeter wave probe.
