Introduction

 

Optics Liquid Nitrogen Cryostat device is widely used in many fields such as spectrum measurement, photoelectric reaction, Raman research, electroluminescence and photoluminescence. Through precise engineering design, this device realizes the efficient circulation of refrigerant and ensures the stability and reliability of the experimental process.

 

During operation, the low pressure refrigerant enters the low temperature thermostat through the liquid inlet, and then flows through the internal fine capillary system to the evaporator at the bottom of the thermostat. Advanced heaters and temperature sensors are installed on the evaporator to ensure that the temperature of the steam is precisely controlled and is adjusted by the thermostat before being sprayed into the sample chamber. The steam released during the cooling process of the sample is discharged into the atmosphere through a special air outlet pipe, or into the gas recovery device to realize the recycling of resources.

 

In order to facilitate the user's operation, we specially designed the structure of the top loading sample, making the sample replacement easy and fast. At the same time, the low temperature thermostat adopts a compact vacuum cover design at the bottom, which not only reduces the duty cycle, but also makes it more suitable for measurement work in magnetic fields.

 

The Optics Liquid Nitrogen Cryostat device has many advantages:

In terms of Windows, the standard is equipped with 2 fused quartz Windows, which can be expanded to 5 according to needs, and the window material can also be replaced according to the user's requirements, providing a flexible choice for the experiment.

Note:

 

1: When all cryostats come out of the factory, they come with two connectors. One is for the installation of temperature sensors and heaters, and the other is a connector for other performance measurements. When more test lines are needed, it is necessary to add mounting holes or install one or more distribution boxes;

2: There are DXT91-S options in the table above. The wiring board and housing of this option are grounded as a whole. The other is the DXT91-PTEF option. This option uses teflon board insulation in the housing and mounted connectors. The electrical properties of the housing and connector are independent of each other. Pay attention to this problem when choosing.

3: Decompression attachment option. The standard cryostat itself does not come with special decompression spare parts. If the low temperature is 65K, you need to configure the corresponding decompression accessories.
