When using the electronic liquid nitrogen thermostat, just pour the liquid nitrogen into the liquid nitrogen chamber inside the thermostat, and by carefully adjusting the gap between the temperature control plug and the cold finger, the heat leakage of the cold finger can be maintained at a stable value. Subsequently, with the help of the DXTC-290 thermostat, the heating output power is precisely regulated, so that the temperature of the low temperature thermostat can change rapidly between 80K and 600K, and can quickly stabilize to the set target temperature. It is worth mentioning that if the thermostat is equipped with a step-down option, its temperature range can be further extended to 65K and can be stable at this low temperature state.

Selection instructions

Note:

  1. All electronic cryostats are shipped with two connectors. One is a connector for the installation of temperature sensors and heaters, and the other is an electrical connector for electrical measurements. When more electrical test wiring is required, it is necessary to add mounting holes or install one or more junction boxes.
  2. In the low temperature thermostat electrical connector options, there is the T90-S option. The option is a coupling box housing mounted on the option, which is connected together as a whole to form a ground. The other is the T90-PTEF option. This option provides a teflon insulated connection between the housing and the installed connector, and the electrical properties of the housing and connector are independent of each other. Pay attention to this problem when choosing.
  3. 700K high temperature thermostat can be customized.
  4. Optional decompression accessories. Standard thermostats themselves have no special pressure relief. If the low temperature is 65K, you need to configure the corresponding decompression accessories.
