Product introduction
Clamp-on electromagnet bipolar protrudes from the outside of the wire package. The shape is like a clamp. It is usually used to generate an in-plane magnetic field. It is suitable for special use environments such as microscope, probe station, space limitation, magneto-optical experiment, magnetic ore powder screening, etc. Clamp-on electromagnets are mostly customized, which can be designed according to user conditions and magnetic field requirements.

Customized direction
- Pole head: The pole head of a clamp type electromagnet usually has two, and the diameter of the pole head is one of the customized directions
- Air gap: Customers require different measurement spaces and have different requirements for the air gap between the two terminals.
- Magnetic field: As the basic performance of an electromagnet, please inform the DEXINMAG team of the magnetic field you need when customizing.
- Working time: The working time of a regular electromagnet is about 20-30 minutes. If long-term work is required, larger wire packages or water-cooled structures also need to be considered
- Other customization requirements: Based on the different usage environments of customers, we will design vertical, lying, and additional base customization requirements.
