The magnetic door gasket seal is made up of soft PVC granule, which have the feature of high temperature resistance, low temperature, corrosion, aging, we have over 500 kinds of the profiles by now.
A magnetic seal is also known as a fridge seal or fridge gasket. They can be found sealing doors and drawers of refrigerators and freezers. A magnetic fridge seal is designed to hold a magnetic strip to ensure that the fridge door stays closed with an airtight seal around the refrigerator cabinet.
The refrigerator door gasket prevent air leakage and maintains temperature stability, they are not only used in the refrigerator, but also widely used in electric refrigerator, disinfector, distillatory and cabinet. And they can be used as car sealing gasket and other soft gasket.
We could fabricate complete three-or four-sided magnetic gasket assemblies to the exact dimensions of your door. Corners of assemblies are mitered and heat sealed with precision splicing fixtures for air-tight fit. Back-up magnets are available for non-magnetic door frames.
Mounting hole slots can be punched in screw-on gaskets. Screw-on and glue-on gaskets are typically measured to the outside dimensions of the gasket. Snap-on gaskets are measured to the center line/arrowhead of the gasket.
