Use of rapid annealing furnace:

Rapid annealing furnace is mainly used for vacuum heat treatment, vacuum brazing and vacuum sintering of high speed steel, hot and cold die steel, stainless steel, elastic alloy, superalloy, magnetic material and titanium alloy.

 

Rapid annealing furnace structure features: the heating room adopts stainless steel frame, the heat shield is multi-layer graphite felt, long service life, easy maintenance. Graphite tube heater, easy installation and maintenance, low failure rate.

 

The air cooling system is composed of high power and high speed motor, high air volume and high pressure impeller, volute and deflector, copper tube and copper series heat exchanger and deflector, etc., which can realize high speed circulation of air through heat exchanger-fan-deflector, work-piece and heat exchanger, so that the workpiece can be cooled quickly and evenly.


The heating chamber can also be of all-metal construction. The electronic control system adopts PLC and programmable temperature controller to realize automatic, semi-automatic and manual control, and the operation is flexible.

 

The role of rapid annealing furnace:

The role of the rapid annealing furnace is to heat the workpiece to a predetermined temperature, hold it for a certain time, and then slowly cool the metal heat treatment process.

 

The details are as follows:

1. Improve or eliminate various structural defects and residual stresses caused by cast steel, forging, rolling, welding, etc., to prevent deformation and cracking of the workpiece.

2, soften the workpiece for cutting.

3, refine the grain, improve the structure, improve the mechanical properties of the workpiece.

4, Prepare the structure for the final heat treatment (quenching, tempering).
