DXSS-2020 magnetostrictive material multi-parameter measurement system is an advanced test equipment designed to measure the magnetic parameters of magnetostrictive materials under various magnetic field conditions. The system can accurately measure multiple key parameters including ldc-Hdc, Bdc-Hdc, lac-Hac, Bac-Hac, Zac-f, Hcb, Hcj, Br, BHmax, etc., providing comprehensive and accurate data support for material science research, new material development and industrial applications.

 

System composition

 

The DXSS-2020 system consists of the following core components:

1. Electromagnet: SB-100 double-yoke double-adjustable air gap electromagnet, providing a stable and adjustable magnetic field environment.

2. Electromagnet power supply: three-phase three-wire input, maximum output DC voltage 500V, maximum output power 2.0kW, ensuring a stable supply of magnetic field strength.

3. Fluxmeter: used to measure DC flux, with a range of up to 32.0 mWb and a resolution of up to 0.001mWb.

4. Gaussmeter: measures magnetic field strength, with multiple ranges and extremely high resolution to meet different measurement needs.

5. Strain gauge: accurately measures magnetostrictive strain, and supports multi-range and high-precision measurement.

6. Helmholtz coil: used with the audio power supply to provide a uniform and adjustable AC magnetic field environment.

7. Impedance tester: used with the audio power supply to measure the characteristics of sample impedance changing with frequency and calculate related physical parameters.

8. Audio power supply: frequency is continuously adjustable, with a maximum output power of 500W, meeting various test needs.

9. Data acquisition system: responsible for collecting and processing data from various sensors.

10. Pressure bag: used for sample fixation and pressure control.

11. Computer: runs special software, controls the entire test process, and processes and analyzes data.

12. Laser printer: used to print test reports and data charts.

1. DC magnetic field: divided into seven ranges, up to 32kOe, resolution up to 0.1Oe.

2. AC magnetic field: range 320Oe, resolution 0.01Oe.

3. Strain measurement: supports nine ranges, the highest resolution can reach 0.01με.

4. Audio power supply: frequency range 30Hz ~ 10kHz, maximum output power 500W.

5. Helmholtz coil: inner diameter Ø50mm, outer diameter Ø115mm, magnetic field uniformity can reach ±1%.

Answer: When using the Magnetostrictive Materials Measuring System for testing, you first need to place the soft magnetic material to be tested in the measuring system. Then, by adjusting the size of the magnetizing field H, the system can measure the changes in magnetic flux density B and magnetostriction λ in real-time. The system's built-in software will record this data and draw the corresponding characteristic curve.

 

 

Question 2: What advanced technologies does the system use to improve measurement accuracy?

 

Answer: The Magnetostrictive Materials Measuring System uses semiconductor strain gauge measurement technology, which enables the system to have high-resolution measurement capabilities. In addition, the system also combines the use of strain gauge bridges and flux meters to enable simultaneous measurement of multiple parameters.

 

 

Question 3: What accuracy can the system achieve when testing magnetostrictive materials?

Answer:

When using the system to test TDT-110 rare earth giant magnetostrictive materials, the magnetostrictive strain energy can reach 950~1200×10^-6 under a magnetic field of 40kA/m (kiloamperes/meter).

For <110> oriented polycrystalline Fe-Ga alloy rods and Fe-Ga alloy rolled thin strips, the magnetostrictive properties exceed 300×10^-6 under prestressed conditions.
